What is the CBeebies pantomime 2026?
CBeebies Christmas Panto is back this year with a retelling of the popular classic tale, Treasure Island.
Expect singing, dancing and laughs for everyone in this reimagined pirate classic that celebrates family and listening to the people you love most.
Join Jim and his dad, Bertie as they set off on a treasure hunt across the high seas where along the way, they’ll encounter sneaky pirates, a chatty seagull and even a very festive surprise!
As ever, the show will feature many of CBeebies' most popular actors and presenters, including Andy Day and more to be announced.
With music from Banks & Wag, this Christmas special will include songs sure to have everyone from preschoolers to grannies singing, dancing and a-harr’ing along. It’s festive fun for all the family!
Produced by BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions, the CBeebies Panto: Treasure Island will be recorded on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026 at Liverpool’s Empire Theatre and will be available on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer across the festive period.
