These instructions show you how to make a whole cake cut into six slices.
Trace around a circle on some cardboard and draw a line across the middle. Keep drawing lines across the middle until you have six slices, like a pizza. These are the bases of your cakes.
To make your cake lid, draw around a slice and cut it out of cardboard.
Cut cardboard rectangles the same length as the three sides of your cake slice. Tape two of them to the longer sides of the triangle. Bend the third around the curved edge of your cake base and tape everything together.
Glue coloured paper all over your cake slice to decorate. Paint, draw, use coloured tissue paper, beads, pom poms, glitter - anything goes!
Paper tape around the outside of your cake slice makes it look like sponge and jam layers.
Make awesome icing for your cake by mixing shaving foam with colourful paint and PVA glue. You can squeeze this in a bottle over your cake in a fun icing pattern.
While everything is drying, you can decorate the inside of your cake box too.
Now you have your lid and your sides - fill it with your favourite things and put the lid on top!
